Xperia z5 compact navigation buttons doesn't work

z5 compact, navigation buttons doesn't work since last week. can't press "back, home, show all open" icons.  Pls help it make me crazy. Can't use phone...

I have same roblem. Vertical position - buttons work only with glove mode. In horizontal position they work fine
