Xperia Z3 not turning on or charging

For a while now my phone battery was low and died.Afterwards I tried charging it and nothing appeared on the screen(no battery sign of charging).I then tried yellow button,power button + volume up for 15-20 secs and also power button+volume down.Tried both volume buttons and power button too.When I try using volume up+power button while connected to pc it becomes blue.I tried putting it on wall charger and it blinks 3+ times.I pressed power button and it did have a slight reaction(Sony logo appearing but then disappears again).Pls help,thanks

Can you please take out the SD card and the SIM card and try to power it up again?

@KennyJamesdepleted battery will take time to charge

try the following

1.,) charge your device for 1-2 hours using the wallmount charger. if you are experiencing boot loops just ignore it.

2.) try to power on your device using the methods you tried.

3.) if still not powering on, after charging the device, connect to pc and perform software repair using Xperia Companion, your device doesn't need to be turned on to perform this repair

Sorry for the long reply.Still nothing working so far.Can't connect to Xperia companion.You hear the sound of connecting,but it keeps disconnecting.I'm wondering if I should buy a new battery and then test that out,because the battery is kind of dented.It has this odd shape that it I can't close the back cover entirely.My phone also has a weird shape because of it(it's not straight)

I replaced the battery and everything went perfectly normal.After a few days when my battery hit 0% the screen couldn't turn on.I tried some similar methods,but only 2 worked.One method : volume buttons + power button when charging made the screen turn on and I saw it charging at 1% afterwards no response.Other method : Power+yellow button near sim card slot and it started up.The sony logo appeared and I saw the home button of my phone,but then it died there.Took a long time to try fixing this.Do you know where I go from here?
