Xperia Z3, cannot see on screen incoming calls or nr

When my phone rings, I cannot see the incoming call, and the nr, it only rings, so I cannot see who is calling me, plse help,

Settings-apps-all-incall ui,enable it.

found it, there is a "force stop" and "DISABLE", DISABLE  is greyed out

Have searched and cannot find incall ui is that the exact name I'm looking for? This is rendering my phone useless.

Please also try this: Main Menu > Settings > Apps > All > Phone > Force Stop > Clear Data.

@PFOURIE.I don't need to look at my screen to see who is calling, my phone speaks the name of the caller using a 3rd party app called Ecid from google playstore. It is a paid app but it's cheap
