Xperia z2

I have the z2 Xperia and whenever I try to use the telephone application it appears a message saying top contacts provider application has stopped. What can I do. I can't use my phone. Help

Sorry to hear about this 

Can you go to Settings > Apps > All > Phone > Clear Data > Force Stop

Once you have done the above can you restart the device and see if you can use the phone app again?
