xperia z2 reboots when animation appears

Hello everyone.

My Xperia Z2 started freezing while I was making phone calls and now, after being formatted, is doesn't boot anymore. It takes a li g time to load all the Sony and Android screens,  and when it reaches the screen with the animation, the animation freezes and the phone reboots. Over and over again. I can't connect it to Pc companion as the computer doesn't recognize the device. Anyone encountered the same issue ?

I'm sorry to hear this. I recommend that you try and perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. Note that when you start this process your device should be turned off and not connected to your computer.

If you are unable to perform a software repair or if your device is still experiencing the same behavior after doing so I recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team for assistance with how have your device sent in to an authorized service center for further troubleshooting and repair.
