xperia z randomly wakes up wile charging

my device automatically wakes up while charging, and ive noticed usb connection is active due to which the device wakes up any idea on how to fix it?

When charging the phone and the battery level reaches 100% the display will light up. Could it be this that you're seeing? This can't be turned off.

it happens perodically even when the battery is not fully charged, and when done with charging it does happen to wake up but when i force close a service called usb connection the waking up peroidically stops. ans when i unlock my phone the process starts automatically

What happens if you try charging the phone in safe mode?
If possible, also try another charger/cable. It could be a bad connection as well.

will try safe mode booting option.. and yes tried charging with other charger doesnt help:(

If it doesn't happen in safe mode this suggest it's caused by an app you have downloaded. What safe mode does is that it starts the phone without loading any 3:rd party apps.

Though i'm not sure what 3:rd party app that would do this. If possible, try to remember what apps you downloaded around the time this started.
