Hi,
Yesterday I was charging my phone as always in the morning and my alarm sound. I unplegged my phone to turn the alarm off and it suddenly died. The phone went completely black. I tried tu turn it on but nothing. Then tried to press the ON button and Volume Up and nothing. When I plug the charger no light turns on. It's dead.
Any suggestions please??? I was going to change the phone to a new one, I just want to recover the information inside my C6602 before I lose it. Please help!!!!! Anything!

If you don't have a heat gun use a hairdryer, make sure to buy the double sided tape.
Sorry to ne the bearer of bad news but if your phone is dead then recovering files is impossible
Are you completely sure???? Please anybody with another solution!!!
How can you be sure? It's there an explanation for this? If I change the battery or something?
You can try a different battery but if it's a motherboard issue, there isn't anything you can do about it, you could try
Connect your phone to a wall charger (not a dock nor a computer) > press and hold power & volume up for 10-15 seconds > let the phone charging for 3 hours > after 3 hours report back.
I was having a lot of problems with the battery. It never last me a day. I had to charge it at least 2 times every day with a minimum use. But it was 100% charged when it turned off.
Try my suggestion, if that doesn't work then get a brand new battery and report back.

Didn't do nothing. Tried to turn it on for 3 days in a row. Bought an LG G3 yesterday. Suddenly, tried to turn it on yesterday again and it worked. My Xperia Z C6602 is back don't know how. Just made a backup copy. Thanks for the advices!
