Hello everybody. Firstly, I'd like to point out that I have already looked at the forums and read the other posts about the Z3+ closing down and not restarting. I have tried (and failed) to follow the suggestions already mentioned - I have tried to hard reboot phone by holding the power button and volume up button for 10secs. I have opened the sd/sim flap, used to pen to push in the yellow tab while holding the power button. I left the phone on charge for 4 hours, tried to restart (the phone had 72% battery when it self shut down anyway) - there is NO life in this phone.
I do NOT have water damage - the day has been dry: I havent taken it into the shower, bath, hot-tub or rain shower - I checked the sim/sd port and the tab remains yellow.
I really don't want to lose my z3+ or buy another phone. Any other suggestions to try and turn this phone on?
