Wifi connection problem

HI everybody!

I have had this Xperia Z3+ for two years now.

Recently, when I try to connect it to the WiFi, it doesn't connect. The button above the phone, the one that says turning on WiFi, doesn't work. And on the settings it says that is not possible to connect to public WiFi.

Any idea of how to resolve it?

Can you see if you are able to connect to WiFi while the handset is in safe mode?

 My z3 plus not connect wifi, the test wifi is ok, but no connect, not work otg, not, not work share wifi.

Android 6 its ok, android 7 not ok

I habe the Same Problem. Wi-Fi test geht Okay, bitte Blutooth also Not Work. I trink it is the driver that don't Work. Cause after a hard Reset of the Phone, all is Wirkung again with Android 5. Until the Updates come. Then the problems come again.
