When restarting my Z3, it can't locate my Sim card

When restarting my Z3, it can't locate my Sim card. I need to open the lid and reinstall the sim card. What's wrong?

Do you have a proper nano SIM?

Yes I would think so. It's delivered by the biggest company in Norway, and works perfectly as long as I don't restart it. But I like to restart phones and tablets once in a while. (sorry about my english)

It is good to restart regularly. Can you check if restarting in safe mode brings the same issue?
