When I call someone my phone screen goes black.
So please give me update for solving that issue

What is your phone model?
Do you have a screen protector installed recently or any other stickers/cases that may block the proximity sensor?
No I have not installed any screen protector or any case Cover please help me
Are you using Z3+?
BUt please solve this issue
Make sure that,sensor is not block and covered with tempered glass or cover.That might be the reason for screen going off.. If it is not so,then visit Sony Service Center...
