Vibrating not working

my phone vibrating not work

i already test with diagnostics tool & use reset factory on my phone

still my phone can't vibrate

anyone have a solution ? :'(

By the way I also sent the phone to a mobile technician to check in case there is something wrong with the vibrator or the connections and he did not find anything wrong. Everything seems to be in place and working ok. He was puzzled why the vibration was not working. Still no luck in restoring the function. I will be waiting for a response from sony...

Dont activated ur stamina mode to activate the vibrator or u can choose auto start and set to 25 or lower its nice to help ☺

Believe me have tried everything and I mean everything including the stamina mode deactivation, but still no luck in restoring back the vibration function...

I have the same issue I had stamina constantly activated and turned it off and voila the vibration came back.

Hello, the same problem has just started to occur with my phone... But instead of it not vibrating at all, it chooses random moments to not vibrate for however long until it starts vibrating again. I could be typing with vibration on minute and then the next it doesnt work, same with the three main keys

Try turning off STAMINA MODE. If nothing happens, you have a defected phone

Same problem for me : vibrator seems to work properly once , and when used for a time it finally stops, as if it was heating and then blocked... (for example when I write a text message the keyboard makes it vibrate at the beginning and finally the vibration stops).

I tried factory reset, tried software repair in companion, but still works randomly. It really stops after a while. checked also with Sony Diagnostics App.

I Plan to send it back to Sony Repair Center... (unfortunately garanty ended last month...)
