Vertical lines that go away when using the phone

I have seen several messages in the forum about this, but in the case of my phone the lines go away when i start using my phone, it almost seems like when the phone heats, thats when they go away, i dont get how can this be a hardware issue when the lines fade away, can i be something else? I already boot in safe mode and its the same behavior

Welcome to the community.

I'm sorry to hear this. I recommend that you turn off developer options if you have them enabled. To do so, go to: Settings > Developer options > Off. If you can't find developer options under settings then its already disabled.

If the same behavior persists, I'd recommend that your perform a software repair using Xperia Companion, this is to make sure there is nothing software related causing this behavior.

If you are still experiencing the same behavior after doing a software repair, I recommend that you get in contact with your Local support for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center for repair.
