Hello,
I'm in the process of switching my service provider and asked my current provider (Vodafone) for a phone unlock code. I was told they were unable to generate one and they have had to request the code directly from the manufacturer, which, apparently, takes 10 days.
Has anyone else come across this problem and is there a way to get the code directly from Sony? I'm keen not to wait 10 days if it's not necessary. By the way I have the Xperia Z3 Compact. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
