UI crashed

Hi, please help, I have the Sony Xperia Z3 for only two days and do the upgrade, but get the following messages and my phone is freeze alot: "Application problem - System UI has crashed. Resolved the problem. I did restart but it still say that error.

I suggest that you backup your important data from internal memory and perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This should fix any software problem like the one you're facing.
