transfer from sd card to phone

Help please, how do I tranfer pictures, music back to my phone from sd card. I accidently moved them to sd card. Xperia z. Im not very smartphone savy yet and now my sd card has little space, plus am going overseas and want stored on the phone not the card.HELP PLEASE

just connect your phone to a PC and move the files around or download a file manager app

Thanks for your help, sadly my pc is waiting for a tech to come and fix it, I found a file command thing, but I dont know what im doing, so I think all my photos and music are now on sd card and internal, unlike my samsung tablet I cant find how to see what is on what, I HATE being non computer savy, it took me forever to get used to my tablet and is probably going to take forever to find my way around this **bleep** new phone. I dont understand why they dont give manuals with smart phones or tablets, not everyone is as clued on as you are lol thanks again
