About XPERIA Z5 COMPACT
Suddenly, the buttons of the touchscreen of the lower row of the display (back \ home \ tabs) stopped working. In the same time on the lock screen mode, the buttons from same row works properly (microphone / camera / lock). All other areas of the screen also respond properly. Reboot, reset to factory settings, update and restore the software did not gave a result. The test of the touchscreen (via the utility built into the phone) did not reveal any problems. The phone was not fall down, an was not in a water.
I will appratiate any advice due to this matter.
