Touchscreen sometimes does not work on the z5

Wie man deutlich sehen kann funktioniert der ts nicht exakt in der Mitte. Handy ist 2 Wochen alt von ebay. Habe es im Werks Zustand erhalten. Software update ist auf dem neuesten Stand. Hardware Fehler?  Vielen Dank. 

As you can see clearly, the ts does not work exactly in the middle. Mobile is 2 weeks old by ebay. I received it in the factory condition. Software update is up to date. Hardware error? Many Thanks.

I believe it's a hardware error and since you bought on ebay the screen may have been broken in the past and they have replaced it

You should take it for someone to see it
