Bonjour,

Comment puis-je faire pour avoir une attestation pour mon assurance qui atteste que mon Z3 Compact est en dégat total?

Il était en charge et est tombé au sol, la vitre arrière s'est cassée, l'écran à des taches bleues clignotte par moments, le connecteur de charge ne fonctionne plus, la caméra arrière à bougée (lentille n'est plus centrée).

How do I get a certificate for my insurance that my Z3 Compact is in total damage?
 
It was in charge and fell to the ground, the rear window broke, the screen to blue spots flashes at times, the charging connector no longer works, the camera back to shake (lens is no longer centered) .

anyway, thank's for your answer, i'll try tommorrow to access the swiss support, it doesn't seem to work today...
