The Sony Xperia Z3 compact has two speakers, from where the music plays. The problem is that the top speaker plays louder than the bottom, nothing happened with the phone, the bottom speaker is not dirty. The fact is that in headphones, the phone works on the same system, the left earpiece plays louder than the right, so it happens on the phone. Please tell me how to get rid of this problem.

Have a look at
Settings | Sound & Notifications | Sound Effects | Equalizer
At the bottom of the screen is a slider that controls the balance between left and right channels. Make sure that the slider is in the central position.
Sliders are installed by default, all at the center

I have a similar issue, where the top speaker is louder.
The slider bar shown above is for the the 'clear bass' level, not a left/right balance.
I havent found a solution to the speaker balance issue.
