The On/Off Button on my XPeria Z1 does not work, and now my Battery was empty and it turned off.

Before my battery went empty, I always tried don't to discharge my phone.

I always opened it with the camera button, and set the off-state to 15 seconds, so that i could turn it off and don't waste my battery.

And now my phone is down, and I don't know how to open it anymore. I asked in many forums, and always they said that i just need to load it up and remove the power-cable, and then it should turn on automatically. But that doesn't work and I don't have anymore opinions for that. I hope you understand my bad english, if there are any questions, you can ask me in the comments.

Thanks to everyone who can help me with that problem.

@Quester

Flashtool has this option in fasboot mode.

@Luroo

Download and install ''flashtool'' then open it and let it load. Now you need to connect your phone in fastboot mode, to do so keep pressing volume up button and connect to your computer with usb cable. If you are connecting in fastboot boot for the first time then your computer will install drivers automatically (won't work in winxp so you need to manually install drivers). After drivers intalled correctly press flash (lightining sign) button select fastboot mode and press ok, then you will get option to boot phone into system.

So you need to start up your phone while power button is not working? That can be a tricky one. I'll try to research for you and let you know.

@komilAD

Shouldn't he have the "USB Debugging" option enabled if he wants to do this?

@Quester

May be, as i can not check this because i don't have my device with me.

There was also a thread about this:

I can confirm that this method works without usb debugging or even developer mode enable.

@komilAD Nice workaround, but it is not that easy for others to do it.

I understand alexdon but I thought this was easy compare to another method with android sdk.
