The gyroscope does not work

Me regalaron un xperia z2 pero no sirve el giroscopio ni acelerómetro que puedo hacer ?? 

They gave me an xperia z2 but it does not work with the gyro or accelerometer that I can do ??

The gyroscope tends to get stuck after using for more than 2 or 3 weeks.. Even gyro and accelerometer seems not working..but a restart solves the problem. Again after 3 weeks you might find sensors getting stuck again.. Restart solves it..don't know what's causing it to happen..  

Gyro got stuck even in full factory reset stock conditions.. But everytime a restart makes it work normally...
