the brightness control not working

Hi .. My Phone screen very low light

when I do unticking the Adapt to lighting conditions box .. but the screen still low light. and when i move the brightness controler nothing happened. and my phone running in low brightness level.

hope to fix this problem.

Note: 

I do reset my  phone and repair it with PCC but nothing change.

Hi ,

make a note of when the screen goes dim.

It maybe that you have "power management" settings opting to save power when your battery is at a certain level.

So, try changing your 'low battery mode' settings. and turn the setting OFF.

This should stop the phone trying to conserve power and keep your background light bright!!

PS: also make sure your brightness settings are set accordingly.

See how you go.
