Text to speech only SMS?

I am trying to switch TTS on for reading out notifications but can only do so for SMS through Xperia Connect app.
Is there any other way to activate TTS for other actions such as when receiving an incoming call - reading out the callers number or name if in the contacts list? It's helpful when driving.

My old Nokia used to say the name of the caller.

Download ecid from google playstore it is a paid app But will read your messages as the come in and will also announce who is calling you

My old Motorola had a nice profile management tool and Samsung galaxy had a setting from the phone ringer menu. Sony has neither 😞

You need an app like Call Announcer - If you check the Play store using those words or click the name you'll find plenty to choose from
