Recently updated to release 32.3.A.0376.
A few days after updating I've tried tethering (which is enabled on my contract and has never caused me issues on this handset before) and have found that my phone now intermittently and frequently disables the tethering function on my phone. The 4G connection remains stable throughout, and re-enabling tethering immediately fixes the issue. This happens numerous times per hour.
I can't be certain that the update is responsible for this issue but it is the only thing that has changed recently. I've not installed any new apps, not updated any apps that I'm aware of, and am using the phone in the same location as previously.
