I Bought in December 2016, my Xperia Z5 and it was sent made several times to technical center; then exchanged one 1st time as they pretend because I am sure that they just reconditioned it !! Since this time,it fell down 3 times brokedown and doesn't react any more to any thing (2 months after “the exchange”) and it was even impossible to turn it off . Afterthis I asked for my refunding, But Sony refuses and maintains its proposal for a new exchange.However, the warranty manufacturer stipulates that Sony refunds under certain conditions.They said that i should ask to the salesman "thebestaffair.com," a salesman of FnacMarketplace, I sent hime 2 messages where I asked that he refunds me with , and i sent reports of repairs carried out by Sony,he did not "understand" my request and proposed that i see again with Sony customer service .It is very easy to consider people as stupid and silly ,becuase it is written clearly on the note of the telephone about the legitimacy of a refunding .I Contacted, the service consuming Fnac they refused to collaborate and sent me again me to Sony. In fact they all manufacturos and sellers are scammers , swindlers, and once they get your money they are not interested af which problems could happen to you . I filed a complaint with the republic prosecutor, just a month ago.While waiting of course I do not have a mobile any more !! I wanted to buy a telephone of a famous brand, thinking that if any problem, it would honour its promisses and that I would be well protected. These people believe that it is easy to spend 500 € for a bad telephone which causes concern than any thing other (two years), missing important communications or preventing urgent uses… For me it is finished, I adored this brand, but SONY is now forgetted .
