Was your phone exposed to water?

you could try again

connect your phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 2-3 hours

The last option is to contact your local Xperia care

If the battery its fully depleted, nothing will happen. let it charge for few hours as suggested above, the only alternative is to contact your local Xperia Care.

The issue is probably that you allowed your battery to be completely depleted and as a consequence the kernel is now unable to kick in and direct the power to the battery for charging, I wouldn't be surprised that you have a blinking LED when connected to a power source

Actually i dont have blinking led ,the led is on as long as the phone is connected to the charger ,any way what shall i do know so that the kernel will be able to kick in?

Nothing you can do - If you were to able remove the battery and charge externally, From experience then I'd say you'd be fine so all you can do is to either return your device to the place of purchase or contact Xperia care and have it inspected http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/
