Hi, I need some help with my Sony Xperia z2 D6503 & Android 6.0.1.
Since some months I have problems wirh my speaker. When I want to hear or watch a video I heard it just from my ear speaker and no sound from the normal speaker. And too when I try to put speaker in calls i dont heard anything.
I tried to do anything, and the only thing it worked is that if I restore it to the fabrication point it works propperly, but after some software updates(android updates) the speaker stop working and all the sounds will be heard on the ear speaker. What can I do? I need the last android updates because the last apps works just on new Android 5-6+.
What can I do?
Sorry for my bad English I am from Spain.
BTW I tried to go to a professional and he said the speaker works propperly and also he cleaned the device so I dont know what can I do.
