1. Ever since my phone went into USM a few days ago, my audio settings are messed up. Every time I am using the Music App, if the screen goes to sleep the music fades down to minimum and you have to manually increase it every single time which is annoying. I also still have the Orange UI still visible when I:
a) type text and
b) when I add volume
2. I have also realised my earphone stops working unless you press it down deep. It's barely a month old and I haven't dropped the phone so I really don't understand what is going on with it. HELP
