Sound problem with Z5
When I play a music either via headphone or via Bluethoot speakers I hear sound deformations / noise / Sizzles
Some time I also have the problem when I call.
I've restarted the phone and I still have the problem.

How to boot on safe mode on Lolipop
1. press and hold the power key
2. once you get the pop up menu
3. press and hold "power off"
4. Boot on safe mode should become available

HI,
I've changer my Xperia Z5 with a new one, but I still have the problem.
The problem happens also in SAFE MODE.
I've 2 other phone at home (Nexus 5 and HTC One M8) and I don't have the problem with them so I'm sure that the problem is the Z5.
There is a problem with Z5 bluetooth.

I'm using my MDR-XB950BT Bluetooth Headphones and facing the same distortion issue.
I hope a software update will fix this.

You are not alone, I also encounter the same problem with my Xperia Z5 playing music through LG HBS 730 when the phone was on the initial firmware.
The update 32.0.A.6.152 appears to resolve this problem.

After last firmware is working better but is still not acceptable, i hope that Sony will fix this problem with a future firmware

After the update do you have reserted the phone? do you have created again the bluethoot connection?

I have the same exact problem. I use my phone to listen podcasts and talkshows so this has been bothering me very much. Especially in lower volumes you can hear that sizzling sound very clearly. Almost threw my phone because I was so annoyed of it. The problem is so bad for me that I'm thinking of returning this phone. Has sony addressed this problem and are they gonna do something about it?
