hiall. i have recently moved from the uk to australia and have recieved my unlock code to move to a different carrier. now when i try and put in the code, i cannot access letters. there is no option to change on the keyboard. the keyboard itself shows both but i cannot access or change to letters and i need both to enter the code. i have looked at the keyboard selection and only the stock keyboard is present. if i go on to google and type then i have full access to letters and numbers as per usual. its just when i try and enter the unlock code ..any ideas
