Here's another prime example of Sony customer service. My Z5 can be at any battery level, gives off a warning sound, starts shutting down, battery gage momentary flashes 0% then returns to show actual percentage but shutdown cannot be halted. When phone is shut down, will not turn on. Plug it in to charge and battery gage shows previous percentage. Turn it on and battery gage shows previous percentage. 6 months ago I completed 2 years of payments for the handset with my Vodafone contract. For two years, the phone operated almost without fault. As soon as I had completed purchase of the phone, everything started malfunctioning. Shuts down for no reason, goes silent mid-call, screen becomes inactive so that reboot is required, bluetooth drops out, etc, etc, etc. When Sony do respond, it's as though they're responding to an entirely different problem, haven't read the details of the issue being reported or the fixes attempted, are just giving a childish made-up concept of a solution, or have picked a random answer out of a hat full of solutions devized by chimpanzees.
