The Sony products I have received are not covered by warranty until 1 month after they have been shattered or malfunctioning. I will never buy Sony again and I do not recommend anybody to Sony phone.

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with the product. You mention the handset has shattered? Generally issues such as a cracked or broken device due to physical damage would not be considered a warrantable fault, therefore not covered under warranty.
However, I would advise speaking to Local support to discuss this further, they will be able to assist and arrange for the handset to be repaired.
