I have got the motherboard replaced within warranty.
Its been 3.2 years i have this phone with me. Still it is running on 5.1.1 OS. SIn't that amazing when 38K phone doest give any update and Mi phones of 600 comes with 6.0.0 version ?
Battery backup has reduced by 50% even if sufficient apps are there.
Phone keeps restarting after every 8-10 min. Saying Sony crash monitor has stopped working, #### application has stopped working. If we clink on OK or Report if it pops up this error message, then it will restart the phone.
Troubleshooting performed :
Factory reset performed 7-8 times to now the issue. Kept the phone without memory card and without sim card, repaired the software through Sony PC companion software from my Laptop.
None of this worked. Phone keeps restarting after every 8-10 min reducing the battery by 5% every time.
Please advice me if i can throw this phone into dustbin or i can make any use of this 3G handset. When i purchased this was mentioned that it came with LTE. Don't tell me if LTE doesn't mean 4G support ? I invested 38 K to buy this phone and it now worths 2k when i replace it with any new phone. It came with 21 MP camera. Really..?? VIVO cameras are even 100 times better than this handset's.
I am totally frustrated with this handset. Please stop manufacturing the phones and making fool out of people. While typing these complaints, it got restarted 6 times precisely.
