Sony Complain

So I use an Xperia Z5. Almost two and a half months ago I submitted my phone to Metal Tech Service Centre in Mumbai, India. I was having issues with my charging and stuff. They quotes an amount of 4651 which I paid. I received my phone after two and a half months with a mark on the left side of thr screen. When I went to return and ask for a repair they asked me to pay more in case the display had to be changed without any fault of mine. I guess Sony is after all known for poor product services and delivery. After spending 45,000 the phone has given away within a year and a half. I would never recommend anyone to buy any sony product. All it has done is burn a hole in my pocket and waste my time.

If your device is out of warranty, there will be a cost to repair the device, however if you wish to file a complaint, I would recommend that you get in touch with your Local support team as this is a Global user based forum and all service cases are handled on a local level.
