Slow USB transfer speed using USB OTG

Im running latest marshmallow on my Z5C, and when I have a usb stick connected to the phone using ES File Explorer

the fastest file transfer speed i get it around 1MB/s.

But when I connect the same usb stick into my router and copy the same file, I get a transfer speed of around 8MB/s.

Anyone else notice this?

I've tried with a sandisk cruzer 32GB. The model is SDCZ36-032G.

SDcard is a fast 95 MB/s Samsung uhs1 64GB.

I get 9 MB/s while reading from USB and writing to SDCard and 3.5 MB/s in the opposite direction.

Device's Internal memory, oddly, is slower than SDcard: I get only 7.7 MB/s.

Same issue was with me..I used device file manager to coppy..it is faster than es explorer..i use lenovo
