Sim Lock / network lock

Hello,

I have bought a Xperia Z1 and I am unable to unlock the SIM.

I have tried everything. THe guy i bought it from says that its from Bosnia (phone of his mother)

Is there a possibility to unlock the sim so that I can use it?

If you have entered the wrong pin to unlock it, you will have to contact your Local support so they can reset the counter.
