Hi @Kn5, welcome to our forum!

Have you tried with a SIM card from a different operator in your device? Based on the screen shot, the device should not be network locked as there is no "X" to the left of Network.

If you however see the message to enter a network unlocking code when starting the device up with a SIM card from a different operator and the NUC code you have received does not work, get in touch with your Local support team and they will assist you further.

Let me know if that helps!

HI sorry for late reply, I already checked with other operator also but it doesn't work. When I insert a new sim card into the phone and after restart the it's showing " not support #mm6#

Hi again @Kn5!

That is a very strange error message, however it's related to an operator service and not the actual device, so for more information about the MM6 message, talk to your operator.

I have not removed a SIM lock myself as it's not very common in the region where I'm situated, but from what I understand, you simply just put in the SIM card from your "new" operator > you will be asked to enter the NUC (Network unlocking code) and then you have to choose to remove the lock permanently or only this one time.

You mention that this pop-ups after inserting the SIM card and then the device restarts. Is there any change if you turn the device off > insert the SIM card and then you boot it up? Are you asked to enter a code to remove the lock, or is it enough to enter the PIN code for the SIM card (if there is one)?

Keep me updated!
