Searching for GPS in Waze app

Hello 

I can't use wake app because is looking GPS in my Experia z3 Compact. 

I tried to reset my phone and also download a old version of Waze without any successful.

In addition the accurate location is on and download GPS status app again without successful. 

Someone has a solution?
