SD card unmounting

I have a Z5 and the sd card keeps unmounting multiple times a day.  I can't use apps until I remove the card then re-start the phone. How can I stop this happening?  It's so frustrating, the phone is also randomly restarting too

Sorry to hear that, sounds frustrating 

Can you try a different SD card in your device and see if you still have the same issues, the unmounting and the random restarting?
