With Android 4.4.4 my xperia Z2 screen mirroring was successfull with Samsung Smart TV.
Now after Lollipop upgrade when I try screen mirroring I obtain an error message "Mirroring error. The output device doesn't support HDCP...."

Yesterday I found a new software upgrade for my TV. I passed from 2102 to 2105 version.
Now it works fine. Thanks for suggestions.
Sorry to hear that you have issues with screen mirroring.
Have you also tried updating the firmware in your TV?
Have you done any modifications to your phone like unlocking its bootloader?
My TV is Samsung 46F6500 and has the last available firmware update.
My smartphone has the official sony software and is not rooted.
Less than a month ago I tried successfully the feature with Android 4.4.4.
Now the connecton takes place but after 1-2 seconds is broken.
Thank you
I managed to get hold of a Samsung TV with Smart TV (UE65H6475) yesterday to test this but it works fine so i'm afraid something must have happened with your phone or your TV needs an update to work with Lollipop. Have you also checked with Samsung that your model is Miracast certified and that it should work with Lollipop?
To see if something may have happend with your phone when it was updated you may also want to try it with another device and also perform a repair of the phones software using PC Companion.
Glad to hear that
I've been trying to find information about the TV you have but i'm afraid i've had no success. It seems it's not even listed on toshiba.com except for a few forum posts made by you.
I would recommend that you contact Toshiba in your country/region to see if they have any update for your TV model.
Our developers have investigated this and found that the issue is that Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter is not fully compliant with the specification for HDCP 2.2. They have however made a workaround for this so that it will work anyway which will be included in the next software maintenance release for the phone.
HI Rickard,
I am too facing this issue with my TV LG 32LB5820. I have installed latest firmwire 2 days back on TV.
Can you help?
