Screen goes black even with headset

Hi guys,

My screen goes black even though I'm using a headset and the Phone is not even near my Head. How can I avoid this? (Input via Touchscreen needed)

Proximity Sensor is tested and working properly...

Does the screen also goes black without the headset connected?

Have you tried to see if in safe mode the behavior is the same?

To access the screen when it goes black try pressing the power button twice.

Yes it does and in that case it makes sense as it prevents from touching the screen by accident while making a call. I will try in safe mode though. Presssing Powerbutton is of no use, as this ends the call...

Are you sure pressing the power button during a call ends it? Because when I had a Z3 some time I had problems with the proximity sensor and that was the trick that I used to access the screen. Try it to be sure.

Yes it sure does. It's configured like this, because otherwise I can't hang up if landed on a Mailbox....
