screen damage

Hi all i dropped my phone onto my carepet, the z5 premium had a screen protector and gel case however the phones screen shattered from the right hand side corner, anyone experienced this issue? im gutted because this is a top phone and for it to have broken the way it did is beyond belief.

Neither a film protector, glass protector and/or case can be 100% effective, if you drop a phone it will break, the question it's not if it'll break but when it'll break. Contact your Local support to get it repaired.
