I just wanted to restore my backup from my old Xperia Z3 compact to my new Xperia Z5. Everything will be restored except my pictures and my videos. The companion software says, that there is no media to be restored. When I take a look at the backup files, the folder "media" contains about 7 GB on files.
What can I do? Is there another way how I can restore my pictures on my windows pc? I only have this backup since my old Z3 got lost.
