So I have this issue..
Before I update my z5 compact from lollipop to marshmallow..I backup it manually using online account which is Gmail from "backup and reset" settings. Then after the update. I reset it to factory settings..
Now the issue is when I'm trying to restore.. I select restore backup from "back and reset" setting and choose my Gmail account.. It is stuck on "signing in"..it just keeps on loading..
I did a reboot but same issue.
I'm sure my password is correct since same Gmail account is signed it to my phone.
Anyone experience this? Need to restore my backup badly
