reset gone wrong

hey, i just reset my sony xperia z3 and it went completly crazy. it has something like talkback on and doesn´t react to when i try to tuch the screen, help me, i´m feeling like it´s a virus or something

Welcome to the community!

Sorry to hear about that, don't worry it's not a virus but you have to do things a specific way to turn this function off.

First of all, navigate to your settings menu. You will need to use two fingers on the screen to swipe (where you would normally only use one finger) and you will then need to tap, and then double tap on the settings icon to open up this menu.

Again using two fingers to scroll through the settings menu, find and tap Accessibility, then double-tap Accessibility.

Next tap TalkBack, then double-tap TalkBack. Tap the slider beside TalkBack once, then double-tap the slider. Lastly tap OK, then double-tap OK to confirm.

This will turn the Talkback function off so you will now be able to navigate the phone as normal.
