requesting a Repair

I need to request a repair for my Z5 but organising it from my account is like a nightmare would anyone be able to advise me how to do it? many thanks in advance

i did that and they sent an email with the steps to follow, but as per usual the steps they have suggested are not there when i log in and it keeps sending me back to the original page that i submitted my query on. Thanks
