In January last year I have purchased my Sony phone and in January this year I noticed that the rubber of the top, that is made to cover the charging slot started to fall off.. in a week after that the rubber part disappeared and the whole plastic slot-cover started to fall off. Now that part is also gone. My smartphone doesn`t have its initial wholeness anymore and isn`t waterproof because of a defected slot-cover. It doesn`t look very nice. I know, that this is not my fault, because I use my things very carefully and because my friend`s identical phone Sony Xperia z3 ( he bought it in Germany approximately the same time) has absolutely the same problem now. It lost its rubber and in a week the whole cover part is gone.
May I get some help with it please?
