Red LED flashes 4 times, phone restarts and battery drops

So my Z5 compact has started to restart on its own, the red LED blinks a few times, the phone restarts and then the battery drops by 10% or so.  Screenshot attached.

Did a factory reset and this did not solve the issue, also happens when phone is in safe mode.

Im on version 7.1.1 on the dtock sony OTT update.

use Xperifirm to do a flash

if it still blinks, there's a hardware fault

Hi Neo,

I plugged into the Xperia companion app and did a factory reset, still did not work.

Less than 24 hours later same has happened.

What is Xperifrim?

Hello I have also encountered this problem. When the cell phone is in normal use, there will be no chance to crash. All kinds of applications are stopped. Then we will turn off the red lights and restart. But the way I brush the computer directly on the computer, ROM, is a temporary and resolute problem. For a while, it is doubted that the hardware problem may be the main board.
