Sony xperia z1 compact death issue

My xperia Z1 compact is not turning on everytime i want to turn it on it doesn't but when i plug it into charger it sudden shows sony logo and the battery charging logo when i want to turn on it doesn't when i plug it off same thing happens it doesn't turn on please help me really up with this
